Emily + Seb met by chance while helping their respective friends move in together. Four years later and their friends, Kerryn and Toby returned the favour by being there, as part of the wedding party, to watch Em + Seb get married. The Royal Auto Club of Australia was the venue for this glamorous, vintage inspired evening ceremony.
Emily + Seb created an individual ceremony for themselves, incorporating a traditional Celtic handfasting ceremony, readings by Em’s Dad and Seb’s Mum, and they managed to voice their support for same-sex marriage during the vows
It was heartfelt and beautiful, all performed by the gorgeous and energetic celebrant Patty Kikos.
My friend and fellow photographer Lisa Huelin joined me for the evening. Thanks Lisa!

I loved that everyone was inspired by the theme that Em + Seb created for their wedding day…

The ceremony was held in the main reception room and around 180 guests joined Em + Seb for the evening…
