As the weather starts to cool, and the leaves start to fall it’s often a little tricky trying to work out what to wear to your portrait sessions. I’ve been fielding a lot of questions about this lately, so I thought I’d share some tips in a post.
A lot of your session may take place outdoors so layers are always a good option… and co-ordinating the family can be fun, and easier than you think. Here’s a couple of ideas to get you started.

Enjoy!

It always occurs to me AFTER I deliver a client their print collection that I never photograph the products I sell. I always intend to take photos but I get so wrapped up in the process (literally I love gift wrapping and the whole process of a client unwrapping their collection is like Christmas for me!). Anyway, I always remember after I’ve tied the last bow, and I can never bring myself to unwrap everything just to take a photo…. Well a little while back I remembered BEFORE I wrapped the album that I should take photos. I realised today that I had the photos tucked away and today is the day I’d like to share them with you….
I had such a blast with this session, and I love this album, she’s such a sweetheart.
Enjoy!

The studio will be closed over the Easter break, and will re-open on Saturday 10th April. I’ll have limited access to emails and the phone over the coming week but will endeavour to respond to everyone as quickly as possible on my return,
Stay safe and enjoy the time with your family and friends this holiday,

Well, they’ve been engaged for a little while now, and I’m so excited to be their wedding photographer. We recently met up at some locations near where their ceremony is taking place and though it was hot, they managed to look super cool.

Can’t wait to see you again in just a few weeks Karen + Craig,
Enjoy!

Just a quick update to let you know that Sarah and Andrew’s image gallery is ready for viewing. Family and friends would’ve received the details about passwords at the wedding but if you need help logging on, please contact Sarah and Andrew.
Enjoy your weekend!
